Sylwia Kain

Trainer, facilitator and coach for leaders

I support leaders and teams in mid-sized companies during periods of change, growth and realignment. What shapes my work is that I know leadership not only from theory, but from more than 20 years of personal leadership responsibility.

From the leadership role to guiding others

Throughout my professional career, I was responsible for growth, strategy and the leadership of international teams – including roles as Regional Sales Director Europe and Managing Director for the DACH region. I have built and realigned organisations and guided them through complex transformation processes.

This taught me what leadership really means: taking responsibility, making decisions under pressure and, at the same time, bringing along the people who are expected to put those decisions into practice. Today, I use this experience to support leaders and teams facing precisely these situations.

My Approach

Sustainable change begins with the ability to lead yourself. It becomes possible when people understand their own patterns, use their strengths consciously and act with clarity – even when it feels uncomfortable.

That is why I combine three formats in my work:

Training – to develop practical leadership skills
Facilitation – for processes and issues that need to be clarified together
Coaching – for personal development in a confidential setting

The situation determines which format is most appropriate – not the programme.

What I bring

  • More than 20 years of international leadership experience, including several years as a Managing Director
  • DBVC- and IOBC-certified coach and BDVT-certified trainer
  • Additional qualifications in emTrace®, Gallup® Strengths and Positive Psychology
  • Experience in transformation, organisational development and change processes
  • Working in German, English and Polish – with teams across Europe, Asia and Africa

Why I do this work

Change is not purely a professional subject for me. I have experienced first-hand how much strength it takes to choose a new direction, make far-reaching decisions and continually realign yourself.

Along the way, I learned how important it is to remain connected to your strengths and use your resources consciously. Sustainable change does not come from applying ever more pressure, but from clarity, personal responsibility and a healthy approach to your own energy.

That is why I support people and organisations in finding their own way forward – in a way that is effective and sustainable over time.

On a personal note

I find balance on the golf course, in nature and while travelling. I enjoy good food, stimulating conversations and spending time with my family. These moments give me the energy and perspective that also enrich my professional work.
