Executive Coaching for Leaders

A place where you can think out loud

Are there things you cannot discuss with anyone around you?

Leaders rarely have someone they can speak to openly. Upwards, you want to appear composed; downwards, you need to provide direction; and among colleagues, an element of competition is often present. Coaching creates what is missing in everyday working life: a space where doubts can be voiced without giving rise to expectations or consequences.

Coaching makes sense when a leader is about to step into a new role or has just taken one on, when a decision is pending that is not purely a technical one, when working with a particular person is not progressing – or when they realise that they are still functioning but no longer know where they actually want to go.

What we work on is guided by you, not by a predefined programme. Common themes include role clarity, dealing with pressure and expectations, difficult conversations, your impact as a leader and the question of what leadership should mean to you personally. What is discussed in coaching remains confidential – including when your company commissions it.
