Chronic Fatigue: When the energy you once had for projects and passions seems to have ebbed away, leaving a persistent exhaustion in its wake.Insomnia: If restful sleep seems like a distant dream and your mind won't quiet down, it's a common cry for help from a weary mind and body.

Mental Fog and Forgetfulness: If the sharpness of your focus has dulled and the details you once easily grasped now slip through your memory, burnout might be lingering at your door.


Irritability and Impatience: Notice if you're quicker to frustration or if small annoyances loom larger than they used to—it's often burnout pulling the strings.
