10 Weeks, 20 Insights

Nearly one in three professionals in Germany feels burned out. This statistic is not just alarming, it also highlights how widespread the issue of #Burnout has become in our society. The causes are varied – from heavy workloads and lack of recognition to the ever-increasing pressure to achieve more. It's clear that we can no longer ignore this silent epidemic.

The first step in prevention is awareness: Burnout can affect any of us, and seeking help is not a sign of weakness. On the contrary, reaching out for support early on is a sign of strength and self-care.

Tip of the Week:

Set a clear goal for yourself this week: Create small achievements in your daily work routine – every small step that leads to a bigger result should be celebrated. Celebrate your #SmallSteps. By breaking down your tasks into smaller, manageable steps and consciously completing each one, you can reduce feelings of overwhelm and boost your motivation. At the end of the day, take time to recognize your progress as successes, no matter how small they may seem. This practice can help you create a positive work environment for yourself and reduce stress.
