My Personal Journey:

 

My own experience with burnout was a transformative wake-up call. As a dynamic, visionary female leader, a devoted mother, and a spouse, I've always pursued excellence in every aspect of my life. I believed that more, better, faster was the path to success.
Throughout my career, I consistently delivered exceptional results. However, I made a profound oversight – I failed to recognize the early signs of burnout until it was nearly too late. I was hesitant to acknowledge it, convinced that it could never happen to someone like me. But it did.
My personal journey with burnout became a pivotal moment in my life. It taught me that even the most high-achieving individuals can be vulnerable.
