Forget Perfection: Your kitchen can wait, but your life cannot!

Do you know the feeling of being stuck in countless roles at the same time? Taking care of the kids in the morning, giving your all at work during the day, managing household chores in the evening – and then dealing with that inner pressure to do everything perfectly.

But perfection is an illusion that only adds unnecessary stress.

“Letting go of the pressure” doesn’t mean avoiding responsibility, but rather consciously deciding what truly matters in the moment – and allowing imperfection. Maybe you let the dishes sit for a while so you can take some time for yourself. Or you reschedule a meeting because your child needs your undivided attention right now. These small decisions create space for what truly fulfils you.

Where do I make a difference as a coach?

I’ve been there myself and know this feeling all too well:
✅ As a mother, I was torn between my career and family life.
✅ As a partner, I wanted to nurture a fulfilling relationship.
✅ As a leader, I had ambitious goals and wanted to be fully present for my team and responsibilities.

Because I’ve faced these challenges myself, I understand what it feels like to try to do justice to all roles and almost lose yourself in the process. This experience shapes my coaching approach: Instead of offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I provide support on equal footing, where we clarify your needs together and develop a solution tailored to you and your life.

My goal is to help you create a work-life balance where you don’t lose sight of your dreams or yourself. Step by step, we develop strategies that integrate seamlessly into your daily life, without leaving you feeling torn apart.

What is your experience?
I’d love to hear from you in the comments about what challenges you the most and how you find balance between work, family, and yourself.
